Romabio Paints is expanding worldwide with distribution in North America, Europe, and Asia.
In this fast-paced position, you will be instrumental in communications our sales force all around the US and our local warehouse to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
You'll engage with our customers over the phone and through various social media outlets to talk about our products, process sales orders, and work with our internal team to keep communication and orders flowing.
You'll work in step with our marketing department by proofreading marketing copy on various materials, helping to execute special promotions and even get some hands-on experience with our products for special projects.
A general knowledge of social media practices, the ability to use a PC, email, and Microsoft programs (Teams, Outlook, Excel, 365 etc.
) is a must.
Practical knowledge of paint and/or plasters and familiarity with the process of painting a home is necessary and will help you better communicate with our customers and retailers.
Any NetSuite experience would be a huge plus, but we can train.
Hours are 9a-5p M-F with some flexibility, & no weekends.
Position will transition into a hybrid, in-office/work-from-home opportunity after 6 months pending executive approval.
Pay is hourly and commensurate with applicable experience.
