Review of customer's incoming purchase orders Identify customer account number, product type, customer's pricing, number of parts the product contains, start number and collation sequence for number products, inks required for face and back print, any additional specifications required for manufacturing.
Generate order number within our Order Management System Key in all required specifications from the purchase order and support materials Assign projected completion and ship date or proof date Physically build a folder containing a printed sales order, work order, customer's purchase order and other support and designated copy material Recording of work completed on operator tracking logs Scanning of order status as work is complete and before passing orders Standard hours for order entry are M-F 8:
00am - 5:
