You'll be assisting the production staff in achieving goals and operating as an efficient work force in all aspects of the Production Department.
All tasks should be performed in a safe manner to ensure achievement of Quality, Service, and Cost objectives.
In addition to required Overtime, this work schedule takes place Monday through Thursday, 8:
00 PM to 6:
30 AM.
Schedules are subject to change per Production needs.
We offer competitive pay with up to $1.
00/hr increase after 90 days of employment.
This position receives a Shift Differential of an additional $1.
00 per hour in addition to your salary.
-- Essential Duties:
Package and operate production equipment to achieve maximum output requirements.
Demonstrate support of Safety Initiatives and Policies.
Maintain a clean work area.
Ability to work 10 hour shifts or other work schedules as determined by business needs, including overtime as required.
Able to move materials weighing up to 50 pounds ten feet or more.
