In this fast-paced position, you will be instrumental in communicating with our sales force all around the US, as well as our local warehouse, to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
You'll engage with our customers over the phone and through various social media outlets to talk about our products, process sales orders, and work with our internal team to keep communication and orders flowing.
You'll work in step with our marketing department by proofreading marketing copy on various materials, helping to execute special promotions and even get some hands-on experience with our products for special projects.
The following tasks will be handled on a daily basis:
Processing Sales Orders from Customer POs Processing Returns and Refunds through Amazon Seller Central Managing Shipping Claims Answering B2B questions via telephone and email Answering B2C questions via telephone and various social media & feedback platforms Connecting homeowners with professional paint applicators in their area Painting and/or assembling samples of our products to ship Mailing our brochures and marketing materials when requested Proofreading info sheets, correspondence and marketing materials Light filing and organizing The ability to use a PC as well as Microsoft Programs such as Teams, Excel, 365 and Word are REQUIRED.
Must be able to lift 25lbs.
Practical knowledge of social media practices and a familiarity with paint and/or plasters and with the process of painting a home, are necessary to help you communicate with our customers and retailers.
Any NetSuite experience would be a huge plus, but is not required.
Hours are 9a-5p Mon-Fri.
Pay is hourly and commensurate with applicable experience.
