Position
Summary:
The HR Coordinator (HRC) will provide support to the HR Business Consultant (HRBC) and/or HR Business Partner (HRBP) with HR administrative responsibilities.
The HRC will become a valued contributor by executing HR specific projects and initiatives.
The HRC will provide support for teams and associates by answering routine requests for information on HR policies, programs and processes.
The HRC will be responsible for executing designated HR projects and activities, helping to support HR priorities.
Key
Responsibilities:
? Assist HRBC/HRBP in execution of key HR projects and activities:
? Maintain and provide various human resources reporting and tracking systems:
status reports, turnover, termination, promotions and others.
? Maintain confidential employee records and files as they relate to Human Resources including payroll, benefits, workers compensation and others.
? Conduct periodic audits of employee records and files to ensure federal and state compliance; i.

, I-9's, etc.
? Respond to inquiries from candidates for employment regarding available positions, status of application, and other general HR policies (i.
e.
, benefits and payroll).
? Coordinate and maintain job posting system.
? Perform weekly verifications on all personnel and payroll documents to include processing new hires, terminations and employee status changes.
? Assist associates and management with general questions regarding human resources policies and procedures, such as:
medical leaves of absences, direct deposit, claim forms, insurance providers and others.
? Assist with the delivery and prepare materials for New Employee Orientation program and various training initiatives.
? Assist with screening employment applications, pre-screen job candidates, setting-up interviews, conducting background and drug screening (where applicable).
? Maintain and update associate bulletin boards.
? Handle additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications Education Requirements:
? Preferred Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business or related discipline
Qualifications:
? A minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a tactical Human Resources function, which includes supporting multiple levels of management in a fast-paced work environment Critical Skills:
? Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment ? Strong decision making, problem solving, and judgment skills ? Must be able to work effectively and professionally with a diverse workforce ? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ? Must be able to maintain confidentiality, convey a professional manner, meet deadlines, function independently and handle multiple priorities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
