Temporary- Human Resources Coordinator

PURPOSE: The role supports HR team by coordinating activities to ensure consistency and efficiency. Excellent opportunity for a co-op experience for HR or Liberal Arts majors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to):
Display excellent communication, time management, organizational and prioritizing kills
Display strong customer focus and sense of urgency
Responsible for recordkeeping and filing all employee documents
Responsible for answering basic employee inquires and maintaining lobby forms
Process new hire information ensuring forms are complete and accurate, schedule New Hire Orientation
Coordinates various associate meetings, including scheduling, invitations, room arrangements, lunches etc
Assist in all aspects of recruiting/sourcing strategies and processes to support the hiring and business needs of the corporation
Assist in the preparation and distribution of new hire paperwork, folders, and packages
Assist in scheduling interviews. This includes confirming interviews with all applicants via electronic mail, IPadÔ€™s, etc.
Assist Talent Acquisition Partner in all aspects of recruitment including posting job requisitions, phone screens, pre-employment checks
Support Talent Acquisition department through ordering supplies, job fair preparation, and compiling metrics/data for reporting purpose
Create, manage and maintain Talent Acquisition events calendars and logistics
Intake, administration, processing, and reporting for the Andersen employee referral program
Assist in maintaining and updating recruiting forms in shared drive
Assist with recruiting efforts by sorting and organizing resumes and applications
Work flexible hours, shifts, and weekends when needed
Working in a team environment consisting of Silver Line employees and outside contractors QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with team members and hiring managers at all levels of the organization and represent Andersen in a professional manner
Ability to properly handle and manage confidential data and documentation
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and other MS Office products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and systemize own work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
Highly motivated with ability to pro-actively provide support
Capable of independently managing multiple tasks/projects ina professional, efficient manner
Excellent customer service and follow-Through skills
Bilingual in French, Creole, Vietnamese, Burmese and Swahili Preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
