Program Manager

1st Shift - Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience, and establishing a strategic direction and plan for customer account growth within the company. What you'll do on a typical day:



  • Provide account management support, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms, and solution design and pricing

  • Manage customer expectations and provide recommendations on strategic initiatives to the customer

  • Manage contracts of assigned accounts and all account driven initiatives

  • Develop long and short-range plans and goals for the organization

  • Ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals are attained at each client engagement

  • Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities

  • Drive and ensure a Lean culture


What you need to succeed at XPO:


At a minimum, you'll need:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 8 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in project management

  • Proven logistics or supply chain management knowledge

  • Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
